When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be picked and packed within 7 days from receipt of order. If there are any unforseen delays Kelly Lane will notify you ASAP and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Flat Rate Shipping Within Australia $14.95 or FREE Shipping for orders over $150*
Kelly Lane currently provides a Flat Rate Shipping price within Australia of $14.95 or free shipping for orders over $150. Please allow upto 3-5 days for delivery by Australia Post. 

*Conditions: Excludes furniture, large prints &/or bulky items. All orders to remote regional locations, outback WA or NT will be at our discretion. We will contact you and provide a quote. This is rare but we do reserve the right to cancel any order subject to these terms if you do not wish to proceed with the provided freight quote.

Bulky Item Surcharge and Courier Delivery
When you place an order for furniture, large prints or a bulky item, we will contact you with a quote for costed shipping charge. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order if you are not happy with the quote. We only pass on the actual cost of the delivery and these quotes are not inflated in any way.

Please specify your preferred option below in the notes section on your order:

1. Permission to leave on property in a safe area if unattended?
2. Permission to ship to your work address & someone else can sign for it?
3. Will there be someone at home to recieve this order at time of delivery?
You will be provided a tracking number via email at time of shipping.

International Orders
Kelly Lane do not offer international shipping at this stage.
